Position Summary:
The Digital Business Solutions Analyst is responsible for managing and optimizing digital tools, internal processes, and digitalization strategies to enhance operational efficiency, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive digital maturity within the company. This role requires close collaboration with various departments to understand business needs and implement effective digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive digitization initiatives and process automation across FMIT Group.
- Develop and execute digitization strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
- Optimize internal workflows and digital tools for continuous improvement.
- Design and implement automation solutions for streamlined processes.
- Collaborate with the infrastructure team to ensure seamless integration of digital solutions.
- Assess and recommend new technologies for process optimization.
- Manage and renew key software licenses while ensuring compliance.
- Monitor and optimize license usage for cost efficiency.
- Oversee Timeslips management in coordination with the Infrastructure team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, Information Systems, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, or a related area (including internship experience).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with business process documentation tools.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Strong level of English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
- Good understanding of digital tools, platforms, and process automation (Power Point, Excel, Jira, Confluence).
